A residential Project located in the mountains of the South Pacific of Costa Rica. The available properties are strategically located on the top of the mountain offering beautiful views to the Pacific Ocean, also to the river “Grande Térraba” and its mangroves, as well as to the green surrounding mountain range. All properties are with titles and will be delivered with their respective cadastre plan and “visados” (permit to build in the property). The whole Project is efficiently connected through a gravel road, and allows to entrance to the project throughout 3 different routes.

SERVICES

The electricity is installed in all of the properties.  The water system is also completed and is available in all properties.  Telephone services: There are some actions being taken care of in order to achieve the installation of the telephones lines. However, this doesn’t depend on the developer but on the ICE (Costa Rican Electricity Company). When the ICE approves it, every property owner will be able to request their own telephone line.
